It was a great turnout for our late-autumn meeting, and nice to see some faces we haven't seen for a while. Many interesting topics were discussed including brewing low alcohol beers, dip hopping & recipe building amongst others.

The next meeting is scheduled for end of January and we will be returning to The Maypole Freehouse. The meeting is from 12pm-3pm.

ABOUT CACB
Cambridge Amateur Craft Brewers (CACB) is a friendly group who meet in and around Cambridge on a regular basis to share knowledge about all grain brewing and help problem-solve and encourage each other in the wonderful world that is home brewing. We welcome new members and membership is FREE.
We are fortunate to have several (both active and retired) professional regional craft brewers and brewing tech specialists in our group. We meet on Saturday lunchtimes in a private meeting room at The Maypole in Cambridge at regular intervals throughout the year. Occasional group visits also take place to each others home breweries as well as to smaller regional breweries and cities/towns with good pubs.
